What should I Bring for my First Class ?
For your first class, wear comfortable, fitted clothing that lets you move with ease, and don’t forget grip socks for safety and stability. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available for purchase at the studio. Bringing a water bottle and towel is also recommended. 
Does Barre Help with Weight Loss?
Yes, Mat Pilates can be an effective part of a weight loss program. By building lean muscle, it helps boost your metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories even at rest. In addition, it improves strength, flexibility, and posture, 
How often should I do Pilates?
The ideal frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness level and goals, but attending 2–3 sessions per week is a great starting point. With consistent practice, you can notice improvements in strength, flexibility, posture.
